Share Dealing Service
We offer two different types of share dealing services – Execution Only and Advisory
Execution Only
With our execution-only service, we will execute all transactions for you on your instruction and with no input from us. You simply have to phone our dealing desk, place your order and we will then execute the transaction for you. When you are opening your account with us, you will provide us with the minimum amount of information in relation to your knowledge and experience. This type of account means that all transactions are executed entirely at your behest and we will not be able to provide you with any advice.
Advisory
For no extra cost you can opt for our advisory service which will allow you to seek advice from our dealers when you are thinking of placing a trade. When you phone our dealing desk and the dealer can discuss your transaction options with you as well as making you aware of any market conditions which may have an effect on your transaction. In order to be provided with our advisory service, you will be asked to provide us with detailed information when you are opening an account with us. This will include information in relation to your knowledge and experience, risk profile, investment objectives and financial situation. By providing us with this information it will allow us to give you the best advice possible when placing a trade.

Online Portfolio Access
We will soon be able to offer you the facility to view your portfolio online. You will be able to see, in real time, open transactions on your account, the value of stock held in your account and cash balances. This service is offered to all existing customers of FSL.
